Victoria is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She started working in ABA, as a Program Supervisor in 2006 where she spent time with children of all ages and adults. During this time, she managed programs and worked in upper management, where she specialized in inclusion within the community by giving children access to experiences, such as visiting museums, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. Her love for finding ways of facilitating these special outings into the community provided a much needed and important role as a community educator while utilizing the practice of ABA.
Victoria’s approach to her position as a BCBA is one of weaving collaboration, inclusion, and support into her client’s lives. She incorporates this knowledge and works by providing interventions to clients as young as 14 months old, up to adulthood. Her love of inclusion inspired her to lead a social friend’s group, where she facilitated social interactions for teens and adults. Victoria also has worked in intensive behavioral support and crisis management where she worked with families to prevent crisis behavior and how to manage crisis safely.
Victoria finds hiking, yoga, listening to Podcasts and attending concerts an important part of her life. As the evening and weekends approach, Victoria can’t wait to get home and spend time with her daughter.
